TOPIC: linkField and multiple keys

The linkField property of the BrowseControl doesn't work with multiple keys, right?
If current implementations of AccessControl and BrowseControl aren't suited for tables with multiple keys, I think this should be written in the user's manual. There is a similar problem with IDControl too (for example, the locate field in the AccessControl).

I assume you mean keys with multiple fields. (Tables with multiple keys should be fine.)

I think you are right - they will only work with keys that are single fields.

We normally use time stamps for linkField.

It might not be too hard to fix BrowseControl linkfield to handle multiple fields (i.e. split on comma)

I agree, this should be mentioned in the user's manual.

Yes, I meaned a key with multiple fields. Being that AccessControl and BrowseControl are the most used controls in Suneido I think there should be a warning in the User's Manual. Usually I use a timestamp field as single-field key for each table, but one can't assume this is always the case. ;)
